The transition to TERMINALFOUR (T4) as UF’s web content management system continues, with 12 colleges or units now using T4 to manage more than 75 of UF’s websites.
T4 tutorials are available on the Downloads & Videos page. Topics covered include page layouts, creating and assigning users, media libraries, news items, and more. Recordings of January’s End User and Technical User training sessions have been uploaded to the “Face to Face Sessions” section of this page. Web managers interested in migrating to T4 should first prepare by reviewing their current site content and removing stale information. Departments may contact UF’s Web Services group to discuss migrating to the new UF template. (Web managers must first complete the Technical User training prior to scheduling a consultation with Web Services.)
In spring 2014, after a lengthy evaluation process, a committee of college and department staff from across campus chose TERMINALFOUR as UF’s web content management system. Visit the TERMINALFOUR FAQ page to learn more or email your questions to UF’s Web Services group.
