Regular business hours at the UFIT Help Desk continue through Saturday, Dec. 23. UFIT has phone and email coverage on most days of winter break, even during the official campus closure. Help Desk support over UF’s winter break is listed below:
Dec. 24: Help Desk staff are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Account support will be available by voicemail after 8:00 p.m.
Dec. 25: Emergency account support available by voicemail.
Dec. 26-30: Help Desk staff are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Account support will be available by phone after 8:00 p.m.
Dec. 31: Help Desk staff are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Account support is will be available by phone after 8:00 p.m.
Jan. 1: Emergency account support available by voicemail.
Jan. 2: Regular business hours resume for the Help Desk.
