New registration functionalities became available this morning in ONE.UF. Today’s release includes enhanced processes and services within the new myUFL Student Information System (SIS) for departments and students. Also now available are enrollment verification for Fall 2018, the SEVIS report (a federal reporting program for international students and scholars), and faculty class rolls. Other process improvements to note:

Faculty and staff can now access the grades system for Spring and Summer 2018 terms in ONE.UF and view and download teaching schedules and class rolls
Faculty grading functions are still managed solely in Student Admin but can be accessed via ONE.UF or myUFL. However, as of Fall 2018 term, these functions will be managed and accessed solely via ONE.UF. Related training resources are on the HRS website in the ONE.UF toolkit

Faculty impacts of this release are explained in New Functionality Rolling Out for Faculty Through UF COMPASS. Training resources are available in the Student Information System toolkit. Faculty and staff can register for online and instructor-led training via myTraining. There’s an easy-to-use guide for training requirements on the COMPASS website.

Please call (352-392-HELP/4357) or email the UF Computing Help DeskIf you have any technical questions about today’s system enhancements.
