New Web templates are now available for UF’s service providers using Shibboleth to authenticate applications. Error and message templates have been enhanced, providing a more consistent user-experience for the 500+ Shibboleth-supported services across campus. College and department service providers have the option of switching their error handling pages to the new templates, to match UF’s new login.ufl.edu page “going live” on March 3, 2013.
The new login.ufl.edu page design is friendly on all devices, from desktops to Smartphones. To download the new template (including instructions), visit UFIT’s Web Services site, and scroll down to the UF Shibboleth Templates heading.
The new login.ufl.edu page and related IdP-based errors using the template go live at 6:00am on March 3, 2013.
The beta IdP cluster is available with the new templates for departments to test the new theme. Any questions or feedback on the new templates may be emailed to UFIT’s Open Systems Group, OPEN-SYSTEMS-L@LISTS.UFL.EDU.
