myUFL HR/Payroll Upgrade: System Availability Dates

The myUFL HR/Payroll Upgrade will “go live” at 8am on Tuesday, September 18. All employees who use myUFL, including faculty and OPS staff, are affected by this upgrade.

Starting at 5 pm on Friday, September 7, ePAF and position management will be unavailable for transactions. The rest of the HR and payroll systems will be unavailable beginning at 5pm on Thursday, September 13. While the myUFL HR system is unavailable:

■ Employees will not be able to view their paychecks online. (Employee paychecks will be available for viewing again on September 18.)

■ Online training will be unavailable via myUFL. However, online training will still be available at for employees who’ve registered for online training prior to the 5pm, September 13 cut-off.
