myIT Service Request Portal is Live

Faculty and staff who need help with services provided by UFIT have a new, unified website to use to request assistance: the myIT portal.

The myIT portal went live on December 1, 2014. Distributed IT units (i.e., college and administrative IT groups not under the VP & CIO, such as the Levin College of Law IT and the Department of Materials Science Engineering) will migrate their service request process into myIT during the spring 2015 semester.

With myIT, UF community members can submit and monitor their request at my.it.ufl.edu. For UF Health-based service requests, faculty, students, and staff can get the same support via http://ithelp.ahc.ufl.edu/ServiceDesk.Support/.
