All Gators can stay up-to-date on IT system maintenance, enterprise reporting availability, and phishing scams impacting UF by visiting the
IT Alerts Dashboard.
The IT Alerts Dashboard provides information on a campus IT issue’s severity with the colors green (routine), yellow (problem), and red (emergency/outage). The dashboard updates in real time as alerts are posted or updated, and each alert entry expands to more fully explain the issue and provide instruction for affected users.
Malware threats, like phishing scams, are also posted on the IT Alerts Dashboard. Did you know UF gets thousands of malware threats each day? Faculty and staff with concerns about an email’s legitimacy are encouraged to check the dashboard to see if a UF information security expert has posted an alert about that email before opening it. Consider bookmarking https://alerts.it.ufl.edu/ or click “View IT Alert Notices” on the myUFL sign-on page to monitor the status of services you use every day like Webmail, myUFL, myRequest, and e-Learning.
