The myUFL Human Resources and Payroll Upgrade, originally scheduled to “go live” on September 4 is rescheduled for September 18. The decision to push back the go live date was made to provide campus with more time to prepare, given how busy everyone is during the initial weeks of the fall term. Online training supporting this upgrade is now available.
Notes about training:
1. Training is NOT required for employees to enter time and leave, although job aids and instruction guides will be available.
2. Training IS required for most security roles, including a brief online class for time and labor approvers.
3. Instructor-led Q+A sessions will be held for those who need additional information after completing the online training.
Information about security roles and associated training requirements is available on the Upgrade website. All upgrade-related training is available via myUFL by navigating to:
My Self Service > Training and Development > Request Training Enrollment.
