Beginning July 10 online training supporting the myUFL HR and Payroll Upgrade will be available in myUFL. To register click:

Training is not required for employees to enter time and leave. Job aids and instruction guides will be on the time and labor entry screen to ensure employees can find the information easily.
Training is required for most security roles, including a brief online class for time and labor approvers. All training will be online, although there will be instructor-led Q&A sessions for those who want more information or assistance.
The myUFL HR and Payroll Upgrade “go-live” is September 4, 2012. Training must be completed by October 1, or end-users will lose security roles. Visit the Upgrade Web site to see a list of roles with training requirements. Employees with security roles impacted by this upgrade will be emailed to let them know about their training requirement(s).
