Spring 2021 NVIDIA-Taught Workshops

In partnership with NVIDIA, UF is offering two workshops this spring to support applications of artificial intelligence across the university: Fundamentals of Deep Learning at UF and Fundamentals of Accelerated Computing with CUDA C/C++.
Both workshops will be led by NVIDIA trainers and feature a hands-on approach to learning how to leverage AI and accelerated computing tools. “Fundamentals of Deep Learning at UF” covers computer vision and natural language processing, enabling attendees to train a deep learning model from scratch. “Fundamentals of Accelerated Computing with CUDA C/C++” teaches techniques for accelerating C/C++ applications to run on GPUs with CUDA, NVIDIA’s parallel computing platform. After completing the session, participants will be able to create their own GPU-accelerated applications. The workshops require a $10 registration fee, and NVIDIA course certificates are awarded upon successful completion.
