A reminder to campus: The UF Mainframe is sunsetting this month. All remaining access to mainframe data, NERDC “green screens”, Student Admin (EAGLE), and other areas will be removed on Monday, June 24, 2019.

UF Information Technology coordinated with core UF offices (e.g., the Offices of the University Registrar, Academic Advising, Student Financial Aid, and Bursar) that “own” different types of data to archive historical information and ensure access moving forward. Going forward, access will be through Campus Solutions, Enterprise Analytics (Cognos reports), web services, the ESODBC warehouse, or the UF Data Lake.
If removal of access negatively impacts a business process or if you or your area need general access and are unsure of how to obtain it, please contact the core office that owns that data–for example, contact the Office of the University Registrar for access to student information. If the core office cannot assist you, or they believe a technical issue is impeding your access, then please email
The Mainframe FAQ, available at, has additional information and will soon include a regularly updated .PDF of reports and roles.
