Access UF Programs, Services While Studying Abroad

UF Students in Study Abroad

It’s that time of year: the 2015 study-abroad acceptance letters are making their way to students. Before packing your bags for a semester abroad, remember that UF lab apps and OneDrive cloud storage are accessible to you anywhere in the world.

More than 40 software programs, including the Adobe Pilot Program are available to you 24/7 via UF Apps. Log in from anywhere with your GatorLink credentials to edit adventure photos or complete class assignments.

OneDrive @ UF
Once you edit those photos, you can store them using OneDrive @ UF – the free cloud storage available as part of GatorCloud email. With more than 1TB of storage, it will be easy to save and share snippets of your travels with friends and family.

EDUROAM – WiFi Access Around the World
And what about Wi-Fi? UF partnered with Eduroam this year to bring students wireless Internet access at nearly 6,000 educational institutions worldwide. You won’t need to get an account set up at the university you’re visiting as part of Study Abroad–look for the Eduroam link in your Wireless connectivity option, use your GatorLink credentials, and you’re online!

For more information or help with any of these services before you leave, call (352-392-HELP/4357) or visit (132 Hub) the UF Computing Help Desk.
