‘ITSM 101’ Event
June 28, 2013

1. What is ITSM at UF?
2. How will it impact you and your organization?
Attend ITSM 101 to learn the answers to these and other questions!
When implemented, the ITSM initiative will increase clarity about what IT services are available from UFIT and provide consistency in how to access those services or request assistance. ITSM will also define expected service levels, and how each service is delivered–regardless of organizational hierarchy or reporting structure. Standardized processes, common tools and improved transparency are expected outcomes.
