The IT Service Catalog is now available:
The searchable IT Service Catalog makes it easier for Gator customers to find information about IT on campus, without having to know who provides the service. For example, if you are looking for IT training, a search on ‘training’ brings up several providers of IT-related training at UF.
A consolidated IT Service Catalog has been a priority of Vice President and CIO Elias Eldayrie since he joined the university in 2010:
“We want everyone on campus to quickly find the IT service or technical assistance they are looking for,” says Eldayrie. “Our faculty, students, and staff shouldn’t have to know what particular IT unit provides a service. The IT Service Catalog eliminates the requirement of having to know what office to contact, for everything from software purchases and email support to networking domain issues and research computing.”
