2013 UFIT Customer Satisfaction Survey

UFIT will deploy its customer satisfaction survey to more than 10,000 members of the university community on Monday, November 4. The survey is an opportunity for The Gator Nation to voice their opinions on current IT services and end-user support levels.

“This survey will let us know how satisfied our faculty, student, and staff are in three core service areas: the quality and reliability of our online services, ease of accessibility to services, and how consistent we are in delivering customer support,” said Elias Eldayrie, Vice President and CIO. “We’ll use the results to evaluate and enhance current services, as well as plan for the future.”

The survey is part of the Higher Education TechQual+ Project. There are 13 questions in total, with expectations that respondees can complete the survey in less than five minutes. Utilizing the Higher Education TechQual+ project survey means that UF will be able to access comparison data from other institutions, like Boston University and Texas A&M.
