The UF community is working really hard right now, juggling new challenges at work, in class, and handling life changes due to the pandemic. Now more than ever, figuring out how to do everything and maintain work-life balance is so important. Linkedin Learning has a “How to Work Smarter, Not Harder” course that helps you evaluate the structure, workload, and habits that may be decreasing your productivity and work-life balance. Among the tips covered in this two-hour course are:

Identifying and developing attainable goals and incentives
Using G-Suite or OneDrive to create and collaborate on documents
Organizing and prioritizing email using labels and folders
Delegating time to a non-academic/non-work activity to optimize your day

UFIT provides LinkedIn Learning free for all faculty, students, and staff. Just log in to Linkedin Learning with your Gatorlink credentials to access more than 14,000 courses. Anyone needing help accessing Linkedin Learning for free may contact the UF Computing Help Desk: visit 132 Hub, call 352-392-HELP/4357, or email
