Tech Support Over Winter Break

UF Computing Help Desk support is available during winter break. The Help Desk will operate with reduced staffing and adjusted hours from Dec. 25 through Jan. 1. Winter break hours are published on the Help Desk’s website and listed here:

Dec. 25: 
CLOSED
Dec. 26 – 27:
Phone and email support available from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Dec. 28 – 29:
Phone and email support available from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Dec. 30 – Dec. 31:
Phone and email support available from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Jan. 1: 
CLOSED

The Hub building is closed from Dec. 25 – Jan. 1., with normal support hours resuming on Jan. 2. Anyone who needs IT-related assistance may contact the Help Desk via phone (352-392-HELP/4357) or email (helpdesk@ufl.edu).
