Tech Support Over 2018 Winter Break

The UF Computing Help Desk will be available on a reduced coverage schedule during the university’s winter break closure. 

The Help Desk winter break hours are published on the http://helpdesk.ufl.edu/about/business-hours/#winter-break webpage and listed here:

  • Sunday, Dec. 23: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
  • Monday, Dec. 24: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Dec. 25: CLOSED
  • Wednesday, Dec. 26 thru Monday, Dec. 31: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Jan. 1: CLOSED

The UF Computing Help Desk regular hours resume when the university reopens on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019.  IT emergencies and outages can be reported 24 hours a day by calling the Help Desk at 352-392-HELP/4357.  For non-critical issues, a myIT ticket can be entered for Help Desk staff to work on the next business day.
