Tech Assistance During Winter Break

The University of Florida is closed for winter break from December 25, 2013 through January 1, 2014. Most offices will be closed, although some administrative units considered essential to campus operations will be staffed during this time.

If you need IT assistance over winter break, please note the UF Computing Help Desk’s holiday hours:

December 23: Limited Services
December 24 and December 25: Closed
December 26 and December 27: Limited Services
December 28 and December 29: Closed
December 30 and December 31: Limited Services
January 1: Closed
January 2 and January 3: Open 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

On days with limited services, the Help Desk staff will check email, web submissions, and voicemail at least twice per day. Laptop services may be arranged by appointment only. Normal hours will resume on Saturday, January 4. The UF Computing Help Desk website offers a variety of self-help resources, such as GatorLink email setup and connectivity instructions.
