The spring 2018 UFIT Training calendar includes a new workshop on web accessibility and expanded offerings for instructors wanting to learn new pedagogies and academic technologies. In addition to online training and webinars, face-to-face workshops are scheduled in the Hub, Communicore, and in the New Physics Building. Training locations, times, prerequisites, and registration links are available on https://training.it.ufl.edu/. Technology training with UFIT is always free! Among the classes offered this semester are:

▪ Using Qualtrics @ UF
▪ “Teach More Effectively” – TA Workshop Series
▪ UFApps for Faculty
▪ Introduction to the Linux Command Line
▪ T4 Power User Training
▪ Engaging Online Learners
▪ SPSS Workshop Series

Additionally, instructional designers from the Center for Instructional Technology and Training teach workshops on course mapping, the flipped classroom, and more.
