Remote Well-Being Resources Offered by UF

During this pandemic it is easy to feel lonely and disconnected from each other and from campus life. Gators love being with Gators! Here are three ways UF can help you connect with peers and achieve a better sense of well-being:

1. UF Rec Sports is now offering virtual fitness classes to keep students moving. For those who prefer competitive intramural sports, registration for the new ESports League is open until April 1. Remain active and entertained while social distancing.

2. UF HR’s 10 @ 10 campaign focuses on health and wellness. Take 10 minutes at 10 a.m. each day to interact with a healthy habit. Listen to a guided meditation, journal, or take a walk.

3. Smathers Libraries opened a virtual library with movies, plays, and documentaries that even Netflix does not have, and you can view them all for FREE. Make plans to watch a play or a film with friends online and then have a review party on FaceTime!
