All spring 2020 commencement ceremonies are postponed until the weekend of July 31 – August 2. While you’re focused on finishing the semester strong, keep track of graduation requirements with this checklist:

  • Fill out the registration form after completing your graduation survey. The registration form will be emailed in mid-May.
  • Update your permanent mailing address in ONE.UF on the Degree/Certificate Application tab under Academics. You will receive your diploma approximately eight weeks after final grades are released so make sure your mailing address reflects the right address.
  • Enroll in two-factor authentication by June 22. All UF students are required to enroll to continue accessing UF systems, including ONE.UF and Canvas. Even though you are graduating, don’t forget to enroll so you can access final grades and transcripts!
  • Have your guests fill out this form if they’re interested in receiving weekly updates about your college’s commencement ceremony.

UFIT will live-stream several commencement ceremonies, so remember to share this link with friends and family who can’t attend in Gainesville (links are posted one week prior to the ceremony). Congratulations to the class of 2020, and Go Gators!
