Peer IT Training

Attendees listening to presentation in Smathers Library East.

Registration is now open for the Fall 2012 Peer2Peer (P2P).

P2P is a free training event where presentations are given by campus technology staff for the benefit of everyone in the University of Florida IT community. P2P is coordinated by UFIT’s IT Training Committee.

The Fall 2012 P2P will be held from 8:30am-12:00pm on Thursday, November 8, in Smathers 1-A (Library East).

“Peer2Peer is a terrific opportunity to gather in one place and learn about new things happening on campus in the world of technology,” says Erik Schmidt, chair of the IT Training Committee. “Our fall P2P lineup is a diverse collection of speakers who are excited to share knowledge about happenings in their area of expertise. We have speakers presenting on topics such as technical learning opportunities available on campus, new offerings in voicemail and fax, and creative new systems available to help manage data related to faculty achievements.”
