More Applications Added to UFApps

UFApps table at 2015 Tech Fair event

UFApps provides a way for students to use expensive software like MATLAB, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks without spending any money. The UFIT-funded service allows 24/7 software access across all devices for use anywhere, anytime, regardless of operating system. With UFApps, there’s no need for long nights in computer labs, draining your cash on software you may only use for one semester, or trying to use Windows-based software on a Mac.

Recently, several new apps have been added or updated within the UFApps catalog:

  • CorelDRAW X7
  • Mathematica 10.4
  • MATLAB 2016
  • Office 2016
  • SolidWorks 2016
  • SPSS 24

Interested in learning more about UFApps? The UFApps team will be tabling on the Reitz Union North Lawn Friday, October 7, at the 2016 Student Tech Fair. They’ll answer your questions and give out free UFApps-branded sport bottles just for stopping by. Several #UFTECHFAIR attendees will also walk away with a Citrix X1 Bluetooth mouse–great for use with a tablet!
