During the extended 2020 – 2021 winter break, the UF Computing Help Desk is offering remote technical assistance via phone and email. The Help Desk will operate with adjusted hours from December 24 through January 3. Hours are available on the Help Desk website and listed below:
December 24 & 25: Closed
December 26 – 31: Phone & email support available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
January 1: Closed
January 2 – 3: Phone & email support available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For phone and email support, call 352-392-HELP/4357 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that the Hub is closed for walk-in traffic from December 24 through January 3. Normal hours for both the UF Computing Help Desk and the Hub will resume on January 4.
