The UF Computing Help Desk is providing technical support over winter break. Support hours are published on the business hours page.
In addition to expert assistance via phone or IT help ticket, UFIT has numerous self-help resources available 24/7. One resource is a curated YouTube playlist with 25 video tutorials covering a variety of topics, from how to get GatorMail on your phone to adding a second device to your multi-factor authentication profile.
The Help Desk’s self-help webpage also has how-to visuals and instructions, and step-by-step guides for multiple UFIT-provided services. While the Hub building may be closed over the winter break period, the UF Computing Help Desk is still available for all but walk-in assistance. Options for support include calling 352-392-HELP/4357, sending an email, or by submitting a ticket through myIT.
