Begun as a one-year Tech Fee membership in 2011, funding from the Office of the VP & CIO means free 24/7 access to continues for students, faculty, and staff. is an online video library to help you learn business, programming, and creative software suites. There are also videos on resume writing and setting up a home office. Wanna write an app or edit a movie? Lynda has a video for that!

UF ranks among the top-3 universities in total number of courses accessed and overall hours of video training viewed. The beauty of lynda is that each training course is actually a series of short videos, so if you have class you can pick up again with the next video when time permits. Last year, 14,910 members of the UF community logged in and watched 26,830 hours of training! The most popular videos watched by UF were: Examining the Structure of an HTML Document, InDesign CC Essential Training, and Using Formulas in Excel. Free 24/7 lynda access is available by visiting, clicking on the lynda logo, and logging in with your GatorLink.
