Starting in Fall 2014, UFIT will offer a free, three-part Qualtrics workshop series open to all faculty, staff, and graduate students. This new series focuses primarily on developing surveys for scientific research.
The three workshops in the series are: Getting Started, Moving On, and Advanced. After completion of this Qualtrics series, participants will have learned everything from creating and editing surveys to distributing surveys and generating reports.
UFIT is also offering Qualtrics for Mobile Devices and Offline Surveys, a workshop on how to use the Qualtrics app on mobile devices, including iPad and iPhone with OS 6.1 or higher, and Android tablets and smartphones running Android 4.0 or later. In this workshop, participants learn to download the app and surveys, and to collect responses offline.
To register for a Qualtrics Workshop, email Dr. Jose Silva-Lugo from your UF email and provide your college/department name and primary affiliation (e.g., faculty, staff, Master’s or Ph.D. student.) The workshop schedule will be based on the survey results of 15 signed-up participants, with a maximum of 20 participants per class. Visit the UFIT Training website for more information about what is covered in each workshop.
