Faculty and staff can now purchase Microsoft Office for their personal computers and devices for just $15. Depending on the software version selected, employees will realize a savings of 63% to 92% off current retail pricing!
■ Microsoft Office 2013 for Windows
■ Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac
■ Microsoft Office 2010 for Windows
■ Microsoft Windows 8 Pro
■ Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate
Faculty and staff interested in purchasing MS Office software can do so at the UF Computing Help Desk or at the Reitz Union or UFHealth bookstores. The software is also available for download at UF’s “On the Hub” page: http://portal.helpdesk.ufl.edu.
Prior to downloading, employees will be asked to enter their Gatorlink login to confirm program eligibility. If eligible, faculty and staff then click on the software link, add the MS Office software package of choice to the shopping cart, pay and proceed to download! For those opting to download rather than purchasing a $15 “box” edition, please note: it’s important to keep a record of the license key, because even though future software upgrades will be available, the license key is required to receive them. Only one copy is available per employee at the $15 price.
The campus contract covering the discounted MS Office software program does not include Professors Emeritus, retirees, and alumni. Please email, call (352) 392-HELP , or visit the UF Computing Help Desk (132 HUB) for additional information or program assistance.
