UFIT’s new “How Can We Help You?” brochure is available online and at the UF Computing Help Desk (132 Hub). The brochure is a great guide for students to keep handy, because it has contact information for several IT service providers at UF.

In addition to information about services available from the UF Computing Help Desk, the ‘HCWHY’ brochure includes contact info for DHNet, the IT group that provides support in UF’s residence halls. The IT Alerts URL is listed, along with information about campus labs, UFApps, and how to get free training (in person and online) for IT systems and software programs at UF.
